ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR START TIME

If purchasing less than the room capacity limit (ie. you book 4 of 10 tickets for CONDEMNED), you may add participants, up to that limit (in this example, up to 6 more), and you may pay the additional cost upon arrival before you begin your experience.
