COVID-RELATED POLICY & PROCEDURE UPDATE
As always, customer safety is paramount, but now more than ever, we have to be on top of our game. While business was suspended, we decided to make some significant changes here at NorCal Escape Co. to adapt to this strange new world we’re all living in…
ALL experiences will now be PRIVATE. This means no more mixed groups. No more playing with strangers. Your group will be the only people in the room.
Because of that, we have adopted a TIERED PRICING structure, that will vary by experience. A specific breakdown can be found HERE.
There will be more time between games, to allow more time for cleaning and help eliminate potential customer crossover.
Only 1 group will be allowed in the lobby at any time.
No more tablet waivers! A link will be provided so waivers can be filled out on your own device before you enter the facility.
Our door will remain locked from the outside and customers must remain inside their cars or seated outside until the lobby is clear and a host comes to escort you into the building. Because the doors are locked, and our limited staffing, there will be no way for late arrivals to enter the building, making it all the more imperative all participants arrive on time.
Please leave any unnecessary belongings in your car. If there are any items you don’t feel comfortable leaving in your car, you are welcome to bring them inside the room with you, including cell phones. All we ask is that you do not use any of these items while you are playing, and please silence your phones. If you have to take a phone call, please step out of your game into the lobby for the duration of your conversation. You may re-enter the game upon completion.
In attempt to make your visit as safe as possible, we have installed iWave Air Purification Systems throughout our facility, as well as inside the Escape Truck.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available in multiple locations throughout the facility.
We realize that some of these precautions may seem excessive, but we and our staff, as well as state regulations, have determined them to be a necessity in order to resume operation. Alternatively, no matter how many measures we take to ensure your safety, there is no way anyone can realistically guarantee you a virus-free environment.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at any time.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
